1. Check availability and associated costs for Cherry Cottage on the online calendar.

2. Contact us to make a provisional reservation and with any queries. Wait for confirmation of your reservation by telephone or email.

3. Check out our Terms and Conditions .  Print off a copy of the online booking form and send it in to the address shown on the bottom, with your reservation cheque for £100 (made payable to Cathy Thompson), unless otherwise arranged with James/Cathy. Please also send a returnable breakages deposit cheque of £50.  This will be returned to you at the end of your holiday.

4. On receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send you further information on the cottage, including arrival arrangements etc. We will also send you a final invoice at this time.

5. Arrange your transport and contact us to let us know your ETA, if you haven't done so before hand, so we can arrange access to the cottage and picking up the key.

6. Pay the balance of the cost one calendar month prior to your arrival (see below for payment options). 

7. Ensure you have travel/holiday insurance as appropriate.

8. Look at the arrival and departure arrangements

Payment options

Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit cards.  Payment can therefore be made by:

1. Cheque (made payable to Cathy Thompson)  and sent with your booking form to Nethus, Quartier Serene, Pech, 09310, France

2. We are happy to accept a bank transfer to our UK bank account, which is very easy to do - please email us for the details if you would like to use this payment option.
