Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival.  Please check your specific arrangements with James and Cathy prior to your trip, so that they can give you instructions as to how to get the key (email info@cherrycottage-gite.com )

The cottage will have supplies to allow you make a cup of tea/coffee when you arrive (ie tea bags, coffee and fresh milk).  It is normally possible for us to get extra supplies in for you should you desire (bread/fruit/veg/butter etc).  Please email us in advance if you would like us to do a bit of shopping (shops are closed Sunday) and we can sort out the receipt when you arrive.

The beds will be made up with bed linen, and you will find your towels in the bedrooms.  The cottage should be warm for you on arrival, and in winter there will be sufficient logs available to light the wood burning stove, should this be appropriate. 

Parking: Please park opposite the cottage, in front of the garage with the black wooden doors, but if possible, leaving the Right hand garage door space to open.  

Your Departure: 

Check out is at 12.00 midday on the last day of your booking.  This gives us time to get the cottage ready for the next holiday makers.

Please ensure that all heaters (incl the towel rail in the bathroom) are switched off before leaving, and that if it has been lit, the wood burning stove is fully closed down.  Please ensure all windows are closed.

Please leave the cottage in a tidy state when you leave (ie washing up done etc!), and if you can strip the sheets off the bed, then that would be very helpful (they can be left in a pile in the bedroom, with your towels also). 

Please ensure your cans/jars/plastics etc are in the appropriate recycling box, and that you have put your rubbish bags in the bins in the Quartier.

Unless otherwise arranged with James and Cathy, please lock the cottage after you, and put the key in James and Cathy's mail box.
